Child Care Registration

To minimize the spread of germs, we are asking that completed packets are scanned and sent to your district's child care e-mail address (see below). Please do not send pictures of applications. There are many great free scanning apps for your smartphone that will make this process a breeze! If you do not have access to a smartphone or scanning device, you must schedule a drop off time with your Child Care Director, which could delay your registration.
All applications will be time-stamped and will only be processed when the packet has been reviewed and deemed complete. A completed packet means all boxes are filled in, medical forms are current, and any medication forms are submitted. A confirmation e-mail will be sent regarding your successful registration and start date.

In the event information changes after enrollment, the YMCA will communicate this information to you directly.
