What are the Y Games?
Inspired by functional fitness racing events, Y Games challenges participants to complete 10 fitness stations designed to push your limits while keeping the experience fun, encouraging, and accessible for all fitness levels.
Participants will move through stations focused on:
- Strength
- Cardio endurance
- Power
- Functional movement
- Mental toughness
Scaled weights and modifications will be available where appropriate, and participants will compete within age-range categories.
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just looking for a new challenge, Y Games is built to create energy, community, and accomplishment.
