Practices start in September

BEGINNER GROUP

Ages 10 and under or swimmers of any age in their first year of competitive swimming

Focuses on developing swimmer skills for all four competitive strokes. Swimmers will be required to attend at least 2 of the weekly practices.

INTERMEDIATE GROUP

Works on technique and endurance, as well as
turns and improvement in all 4 strokes.

ADVANCED GROUP

For competitive swimmers already proficient in all
4 strokes.
Emphasis on endurance and technique.

If your child is new to Swim Team, swim testing is required to ensure your child is placed at a level that fits their current skills. Please contact Coach Tricia to schedule an evaluation
