As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach—and former Specialist in the Army National Guard—I bring discipline, structure, and motivation to every training session. I specialize in muscle building and resistance training, with a strong passion for helping individuals safely lift and thrive with diabetes. My philosophy is simple: consistency and effort are the keys to progress. Outside the gym, you’ll find me weightlifting for fun or out on the golf course.
