The YMCA of Central Stark County is proud to participate in several insurance-based fitness programs, including SilverSneakers®, Silver&Fit®, and Renew Active™. These programs may provide eligible members with access to the Y at little or no cost through their health plan.
To get started, please contact your insurance provider to confirm your eligibility. Then visit your local YMCA branch with your photo ID and any required confirmation number, and insurance card.
SilverSneakers®
SilverSneakers® is a fitness and wellness program designed specifically for older adults. Eligible members receive access to basic YMCA amenities, SilverSneakers classes, and other group exercise classes included with membership.
There is no initiation or monthly fee for eligible SilverSneakers members. Additional services, such as personal training or specialty classes, may require an extra fee.

Silver&Fit®
Silver&Fit® is a healthy aging and exercise program that may include membership at a participating fitness facility, online resources, and member support through Silver&Fit.
Some Silver&Fit members may have a small annual fee, while others may have no fee. The YMCA does not charge an initiation or monthly fee for eligible participants. Additional services may require an extra charge.

Renew Active™ from United Healthcare
Renew Active™ is available with select Medicare Advantage plans and provides access to participating fitness locations, including select YMCAs. The program is designed to support both physical and mental wellness through fitness access, group exercise classes, and online resources.
Contact the Customer Service number on the back of your health plan ID card to confirm eligibility and receive any required confirmation information.
