The YMCA of Central Stark County branches offer a variety of sport programs throughout the year. Character Counts Pillars are instilled in all programs offered.

Baseball & Softball
- Baseball programs include t-ball, coach pitch and baseball for 4 – 12 year olds with focus on fundamental skills, league play and clinics.
- Softball programs are for girls only between the ages of 7 – 12 and involve league play.
- There is also Adult Co-ed Softball that is league play.
Basketball: Basketball programs for Kindergarten – adults that focus on the following areas: Fundamental skills, league play, travel teams and clinics.
Cheerleading: Cheerleading programs are for grades 3 - 6 and involves camps, fundamental skills and cheering for league teams.
Dodge ball: Dodge ball is offered for 2nd grade – adults and is a league program.
Floor Hockey: Floor hockey is for grades K - 5 and is a fundamental skills-based program.
Football: Consists of Flag football and tackle football programs.
- Flag Football is for 4 year olds – 4th grade and focuses on fundamental skills, leagues, camps and clinics.
Golf: Golf lessons are provided for 7 – 12 year olds and are based on teaching fundamental skills.
Martial Arts: Programs are offered for 5 year olds – adults. Different Martial Arts programs include: Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Judo and Ju Jitsu and they are fundamental skills based.
Lacrosse: Lacrosse is offered for grades 1 - 8 and is fundamental skills based.
Running: Youth running and track and field programs are offered for 4 -14 year olds and are fundamental skills based.
Small Stuff Sports: Small Stuff Sports is a Parent/child program for 3 – 5 year olds where the parent participates with their child. The sports included are: basketball, soccer, flag football and t-ball and are fundamental skills based.
Soccer: Soccer is for 4 – 12 year olds and is based on Fundamental skills, leagues, and clinics.
Tennis: Tennis programs are provided for 4 – 15 year olds and are fundamental skills based.
Triathlon: Triathlons are offered for 5 year olds – adults. A Kids Duathlon for 6 – 12 years olds is also offered.
Volleyball: Volleyball is offered for 1st grade – adult and is based on fundamental skills, league play, clinics, and recreational.
