Women on Weights (WOW)

  • Sweaty Circuit Training utilizing various weights (dumbbell, kettlebells, and much more)
  • Balanced Muscular Endurance and Strength workout
  • Class participation: Max of 5 people
  • Meets 2X/week for 4 weeks
