Preschool Programs are offered at the North Canton YMCA Child Care Center, the Minerva YMCA Child Care Center, and the Carroll County YMCA. The YMCA Preschool Program is based on the Creative Curriculum and designed for children ages 3 to 5. The children are provided numerous opportunities to engage in structured activities such as creative movement; language arts; science and math readiness; as well as discovery time and free play. Children participate in readiness activities designed to develop an excellent foundation in cognitive learning, socialization, gross motor skills and creative arts to help prepare them for Kindergarten.
