Strong Kids Campaign
Since 1866, the YMCA of Central Stark County has provided a variety of programs to those who could not afford to participate otherwise. Programs like camping, child care, youth sports, swim lessons, teen clubs, and after-school activities that keep kids safe are provided by our generous donors to our Strong Kids Campaign.
In 2008, over 3,000 members were assisted with membership costs. Over 1,600 kids received assistance with swim lessons, sports and youth programs. 500+ children received Child Care Assistance and several hundred boys and girls were able to attend Camp Tippecanoe due to Financial Assistance from our donors.
Your contribution to the YMCA, no matter how big or small, will help us in our quest to give every child a place to go and a "chance to grow". Donations are tax deductible and payment schedules are flexible.
