Requirements for online signup:

1.  You will need a valid email address that will be associated with your membership information.  This is where receipts will be sent.  In order to get your email receipt, you might want to put this address in your contacts so the receipt doesn’t get rejected.  

 

2.  When logging in for the first time, you will need to use the lower form titled ”first time login” where you will tell us your Last Name, First Name, email address and password.  Your password is your first initial, followed by your last initial, followed by your date of birth in MMDDYY format.  For example, John Smith born on August 4, 1973 would use JS080473 as his first time login password.  In an effort to keep your login secure, please change your password immediately after logging in for the first time by clicking on the “My Information” button.

 

  • There is no “program code” to be entered.  If you know you want “eels” class (example), you can write eels where it says description and you will only get the eels classes.  OR just click on search.
  • Where it asks for dates of programs…since we are only doing one session at a time, you can leave this blank.
  • Please make sure you fill in the sections on the waiver and information page that have the very little asterisk.

 

3.  Registration for New Members

You may now access our Online Registration program even if you are not a member of our YMCA association. Click on the Add Member link on the left side of the page and fill in the required information. You will be prompted to add any family members as well.  You will be prompted to “buy” a basic membership – this is a zero dollar transaction that will add you to our database as a Program only membership. If you are a Regional Member originating at one of the Akron Area YMCA’s or the Alliance YMCA this process will not be able to add you as a Full Member, you need to stop in at one of the YMCA’s of Central Stark County and complete the required form to add you as a full member into our database. 

 

4.  Renewing Your Membership

If you are not a member or your membership has expired, please come visit us and our staff will gladly assist you with joining the YMCA or reactivating your membership. Memberships within the Renewal Period of 30 days are able to be renewed online. Go to My Information, select Renew Membership button at the bottom of the page next to your membership information and proceed with renewing your membership.

 

5.  Paying for Child Care Online

Child Care payments may also be paid via Online Registration. Simply log into Online Registration and select Programs/Balances. Any open program balances will be highlighted on the screen. Click on the underlined Child Care Billing, this will take you to the payment page where you can type in the amount that you wish to pay. Proceed to Check Out as normal.  At this time, Child Care registrations are not able to be processed online.

 

6.  Credit Vouchers and Gift Certificates

At this time, credit vouchers and gift certificates are not able to be redeemed online.
