Carroll County YMCA Off-Site Facilities

The Carroll County YMCA will periodically hold a practice, program or activity at an off-site facility.  In addition to occasionally participating in games at other Branches in the YMCA of Central Stark County, we may also be found at the following locations from time to time:

The Big Gym
The Big Gym is adjacent to the Carroll County YMCA.  The entrance is from the outside only.  The Big Gym is used for the co-ed volleyball league, men's basketball league, youth basketball leagues and occasional events.  The Big Gym is not available for open gym use through the Y.

Bell-Herron Fields
The Bell-Herron Field is located on 3rd Street NE.  When the Association's flag football teams play in Carrollton, it will be on this field.  Parking is available at the school and along 3rd Street.  Our tackle football program will also use this field when their games are in Carrollton.  Concessions are not available at this location.

Community Field
We use the practice fields to the right of the High School Football Stadium.  We will periodically have traveling soccer practices and games on the practice fields.

Carroll County Parks
All recreational soccer practices are held at the Carroll County Park.  Games for the recreational league will also be held at these fields.

Carroll County Fairgrounds
Some of our 5K Races will start and finish at the Carroll County Fairgrounds.  The annual Back to School Safety and Wellness Extravaganza (in which the Y participates) is also held at the Fairgrounds.

Cross Country Course
One of our 5K Races will be at the Cross Country Course on 332.

Carrollton Elementary School
Our upcoming After-School Child Care Program will be held at the Carrollton Elementary School beginning in January 2012.
