The Running/Walking Indoor Track is located above the East Gym and is accessed by steps. Twenty laps equal one mile.
TRACK RULES
AT ALL TIMES, RESPECT FOR OTHERS USING THE TRACK MUST BE SHOWN.
- Participants 13 years and older may use the track at any time for exercise purposes only.
- NO standing or sitting to observe gym activities.
- School-age children (Kindergarten through 12 years old) and pre-schoolers MUST be accompanied by a parent (not an older sibling) when on the track. When other adults are using the track, children may not race each other.
- No school-age children permitted on the track Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 10:00AM.
- Because everyone has their own preference as to where they walk or run (either inside track or outside), we ask that all members RESPECT one another when passing. Please move to single-file to allow others to pass.
Not permitted on the track or in the track lounge:
