North Canton Community Building YMCA
The North Canton YMCA Community Building is a full-facility YMCA with 4 buildings.
In our Main Street building, we have a large and small pool, wellness center (cardio and strength equipment), 2 / 3 gymnasiums, group cycling room, group exercise room, one racquetball court, indoor track, parent/preschool playroom, youth game room, child watch room, multi-purpose room, café, lounge areas and locker rooms. There are separate locker rooms for men, women, boys, girls and families. The family locker room has 6 separate rooms and is designed for families, or parents with opposite sex children. It is also adapted for use by physically challenged individuals.
Our Child Care Center located 2 blocks from the Main Street Building houses a wonderful staff working with childcare for pre-school age 3 and above, before and after school - age children, school days off programs, and summer care.
Our Infant and Toddler Center is located just west of Price Park in North Canton on West Maple Street. Here we lovingly care for infants and toddlers from birth to age 3, through potty training.
Our Gymnastics Center is located on Whipple Avenue just north of Portage. This center serves 1,400 gymnastics, dance and preschoolers with a wide variety of programs and attracts students from in and outside Stark County.
