Wellness 101

  • Free - to all YMCA members, ages 13 and older
  • Gradual progression of physical activity for 6 weeks - first two weeks include cardio exercise ONLY; strength training incorporated week three
  • Includes emphasis on nutrition using USDA Food Guide Pyramid
  • YMCA trained Wellness coach follows-up on progress

Wellness Center Orientations

  • Free to all members, age 13 and older
  • Required for all members ages 13 - 17
  • Strongly recommended for all members, by appointment only, with our Fitness Staff
  • Overview includes strength and cardio machine set-up, policies and procedures
