Wellness Center
Open whenever the YMCA is open and is FREE to all members, ages 13 and older. Ages 13 - 17 must be a facility member and complete an orientation.
Cardio Machines
All of our cardio machines have a Quick Start button for easy set up, or several program buttons that you can choose from to customize your workout. Cardio Machines are grouped together on the far side of the Wellness Center centered in front of three television sets. Our cardio machines consist of Treadmills (3), Arc Cross Trainers (2), Ellipticals (2), Recumbent Bikes (2) and an Expresso Bike (1).
Strength Machines
Our strength machines, Cybex and Life Fitness, are grouped together in the middle of our Wellness Center for a user friendly workout. The three rows of machines are set up to work your core, upper body and lower body. Several different charts are available for you to chart your progress. A Free Weight area containing a variety of free weights and benches.

Open: Free to Minerva & Regional Y members (must have valid membership card)
Open to the Public Daily admission: Adult (19+) $6, Children (6-18) $5, Children (3-5) $3, age 2 and under FREE
HOURS: Monday - Saturday 12:00 pm - 6:00pm, Sunday 1:00pm - 6:00pm
Swim lessons available for ages 5 and above: Monday - Thursday 11:00am - 11:45am (contact the Y to register)
