Welcome to the Minerva Area YMCA!
The staff of our YMCA sincerely cares about our community and its needs. Our goal is to provide programs, classes and facilities that will assist you in attaining your goals, whether in fitness, child care, youth sports, teen activities or older adult programs.
In all our offerings, we strive to include the six Character Counts values: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring and Citizenship as we work to reinforce these strong attributes.
To help us continue to provide the services we do, especially in this economy we work to increase our donations to Our Strong Kids Campaign each year. Through outright donations and our yearly special events, we are able to keep our promise that no one is turned away due to the inability to pay. Your donation is tax deductible and allows us to provide for those facing financial challenges.
Volunteers are the heart of every YMCA. Coaching YMCA sports, teaching classes, being a child care partner or assisting with the many special events that we have throughout the year - all these help you give back to your community. Please contact us if you are interested in being a volunteer for us.

Friday, April 26th, Child Watch will not be available.
Effective May 1st the Y will CLOSE at 8:00 PM on Fridays and Evening Child Watch will change to Tuesday/Thursday evening only.
