Teen Leaders
Club combines fun, friendship, volunteering for the community and the YMCAs. It also includes weekly exercise requirements, trips, leadership and Character building. A new aspect of specialized trainings and speakers will be added to give the teens and new understanding of true character building. The group has official meetings twice a month with monthly “special” activities for the teens to get involved in.
Leaders Club Mission- The YMCA’s Mission is “ To put Christian principals into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all” The Teen leaders will follow that same mission and will encourage all teens to demonstrate this through our six pillars of character; Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship.
