Gymnasium:
Our gymnasium consists of two full basketball courts with scoreboards, and can be set up for volleyball courts as needed. ½ of the gym serves as our gymnastics area, during their classes and practice times. The gymnastics area is fully equipped, consisting of a floor exercise area, uneven parallel bars, vault, rings, and balance beams graduating in height from floor level to competition level.
Natatorium:
The Meyers Lake YMCA offers a 6 lane, 25 yard pool, with the depth at the blocks being 11 feet, and tapering at the shallow end to 3 1/2 feet. Included in our natatorium is a whirlpool for adults 18 years and older with a temperature of 104 degrees. We also offer a steam room on deck for adults 18 years and older.
Ambient air temperature in the pool room averages 83 degrees, with an average pool temperature of 84 degrees, which complies with the Arthritis Foundation's specifications. In addition, the pool offers a lift chair for those unable to negotiate steps. We offer a wide variety of swim classes for all ages; group or private lessons are available. Come join us for a refreshing dip in our crystal clear water, get invigorated in a deep water aerobics class, for those of us with arthritis our AquaFlex class is the answer, or bring the family to open or family swim.
Any way you look at it, swimming is for the entire family.

Meyers Lake YMCA is proud to offer you many fitness options. Our facility includes cardio and strength training areas.
Cardio
Our cardio center boasts 6 Treadmills (all new), 6 Ellipticals (all new), 2 upright bikes, 2 Recumbent bikes (both new), 2 NuStep machines (1 new), 1 Wave machine, 2 Body Arc machines (1 new), 1 Stairmaster, 1 Octane Stepper and 2 Airdine Bikes
Strength Training
Our strength training areas consists of a full line strength training equipment including a Technogym Exite Wave Cable Crossover, Endorphin Wall Pulley / Lat Pull / Low Row Smith Machine, and Assisted Dip/Chin machines. In the cardio room we have a set of Nautilus circuit training machines that include a Lateral Raise, Overhead Press, Lower Back, Compound Row, Pec Fly, Incline Press, Bicep Curl, Abdominal, Hip Ab / Adduction, Hip Extension, Leg Extension and Seated Leg Curl machines. We also have a separate free weight area containing a full complement of free weights and benches.
