The Louisville Area YMCA has a water fitness class tailored for juniors and seniors alike, from a deep water, high intensity work-out, or the milder Swimnastics class designed for strengthening and toning.

Arthritis Water Exercise

Class in conjunction with the Arthritis Foundation

Exercises help to improve flexibility, freedom of movement, muscle strength and muscle tone

Includes 10 - 15 minute cardiovascular workout

Deep or Shallow Water Aerobics
