Cybex Cardio equipment (27 pieces), full line of Cybex Strength Training equipment, 48' x 28' Free Weight Area, 12 Schwinn Spinning Cycles, full compliment of Yoga, Step Aerobic, Resist-A-Ball, and Pilates equipment
The Child Watch Area is a separate area dedicated to our little ones. The Child Watch center is open to children 2 months through kindergarten, with older children allowed by parental request. This service is specifically for children of parents/guardians working out in the facility.
Locker Rooms
Separate locker rooms for Unisex/Handicapped, Families/Girls/Boys, Men/Women. Amenities include saunas, Massotherapy areas, and scales in both adult locker rooms, baby changing stations in the family locker rooms, hair dryers, and a fully equipped handicapped locker/changing room.
