The North Canton YMCA Walk-n-Roll is the first Subway Challenge Sries "Walk Only" event. The event will take place on Sunday, September 19 at 1:00 PM The walk will take place at Walsh University's track on East Maple Street and Stark Parks Hoover Park Connector Trail, making the walk a total of 3 miles. T-shirts food and refreshments will be provided to all participants. Registration for this event is $18. We welcome walkers, physically challenged persons and whellchair participants of all ages. As a Subway Challenge series event, the walk will be timed. (NO running allowed!) Those preferring not to go out on the trail may stay on the track, but will not be timed. Awards will be given to the top finisher in each age group.
Proceeds from this event will benefit the North Canton YMCA Physically Challenged program (a free program for any adult with a physical disability) Walk-n-Roll is sponsored by Mobility Works, Walsh University, Stark Parks and the North Canton Rotary.
