Lake Group Exercise

Group Exercise Classes are open to any member who is 13 years or older, although classes are geared towards older members.  Most classes are free to members and do not require registration. At times, classes may be altered or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Updated classes schedules are always available at the Lake YMCA front desk.

Although everyone is welcome to try any of our Group Fitness classes, it is important that each individual understand his or her own fitness level when choosing which class to attend. For the benefit of our members, the Lake YMCA has categorized all classes so that each experience will be safe and enjoyable.
