Horse Camps
MINI HORSE CAMP-Girls & Boys Ages 7-10
This is the camp experience for the horse lover who is a "first timer" or that just is not quite ready for a long stay away from mom & dad. This session is only half a week but packed full of camp fun with horses! Just like other mini-campers, our mini horse campers are the only ones in camp during their stay. So I staff can totally focus your horse lover and making their riding experience memorable and wanting more. They will get all of their riding in the morning and enjoy camp the rest of the day.
HORSE PALS-Girls & Boys Ages 7-9 with up to 4 years riding experience
Love horses and wants to learn more then this is the program. This program is set up for the first time rider or the novice horse lover. Each morning our trained staff nurtures campers during lessons so they progress into a better rider by the end of the week. Campers are grouped by riding ability.
HORSE LOVERS-Girls & Boys Ages 10-12 with over 3 years riding experience
This is for campers who love horses and are looking to advance their riding ability. Riders are expected to start the week able to ride comfortably and to have a good foundation and knowledge of horses & riding technique. Instructors will build upon the riding principles from Horse Pals and get campers ready for the next level of horse riding. This is not a program for a novice rider. Campers are tested on riding ability and may be asked to participate in some Horse Pals lessons.
LAZY T RANCH-Girls & Boys Ages 12-17
The Ranch provides and independent living atmosphere. Ranchers will not just be trail riding but also caring for the horses, doing barn chores, cooking for the ranch, caring for the bunk house. We will even squeeze in some star gazing, extra long trail rides, long swims in the lake, an overnight plus all else that camp has to offer. Designed to polish riding technique, ranchers spend less time in the arena and more time on the trail.
