- Low-impact cardiovascular workout and muscle conditioning
- Balance and flexibility
- Various props used for resistance
- Music used for movement and FUN!

- Muscular Strength and Range of Movement
- Increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living
- Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and a ball used for resistance
- Chair used for seated and/or support
- Have fun and move to the music

- NO CARDIO, just toning and sculpting of all major muscle groups
- Full body workout incorporating martial arts techniques, boxing moves and strengthening exercises
- Flexibility included
- burn that fat around the mid section
- tighten up those abdominals and lower back
- a mix of cardio and core exercises
- 30 minute class focusing on the core muscles groups
- A different class every time
- Floor aerobics, step, or whatever the instructor puts together to help keep you on your toes
- Energizing workout using height adjustable step and simple movements
- 30 minutes of stepping plus 30 minutes of toning
- Party exercise using a mix of Latin and International music
- Interval training format combining various rhythms and movements to tone and sculpt the body
- Build up core strength while increasing flexibility
- Props may be used to increase the intensity of the exercises
