All Fitness Classes are FREE for members which include:

Total Body Toning

  • 30 Minutes
  • For all levels; stretching segment included
  • Incorporates various props in group setting
  • Muscle conditioning for total body

Strength Explosion

 

  • 30 Minutes
  • For all levels
  • High intensity
  • Focus on strength and muscle endurance
  • Muscle conditioning for total body

Cardio Combo

  • 60 Minutes
  • Combination of choreographed aerobics and step work
  • Incorporates a variety of cardio exercises and cardio combinations
  • Takes the boredom out of exercise
  • Classes can be adapted to any fitness levels 

Pilates

  • 30 Minutes
  • For all levels
  • Challenging, safe way to transform how the body looks, feels and performs
  • Builds core strength while increasing flexibility and agility
  • Mats are provided or participants may bring their own

Aerobic Step Interval

  • 60 Minutes
  • Step up the Intensity of your class
  • Fun and challenging, simple effective moves with short burst intervals between the step bench routine
  • Improved aerobic and anaerobic pwoer and capacity
  • Perform at your own level and accomplish more total work in a shorter time period
  • Classes can be adapted to any fitness levels 

Corepole

  • Each class is First Come First Served with a class limit of 14
  • 30 / 60 Minutes
  • For all levels
  • Delivers the big fitness 4 - cardio, flexibility, stability and strength
  • Fun and exciting without being high impact
  • Body becomes stronger and more efficient

Cardio Mix

  • 60 Minutes
  • Great cardio workout combined with core exercises and more
  • Incorporates various cardiovascular and muscle strengthening formats
  • Classes can be adapted to any fitness levels 

  

 Mild Salsa

  • 45 Minutes
  • Low impact but mild intensity workout
  • A fusion of latin dance rhythms and traditional line dancing
  • An exciting, easy to follow dance-fitness class for all shapes and sizes

Zumba

  • 60 Minutes
  • A mix of Latin and international music
  • Interval training format, combining various rhythms with movements that tone and sculpt the body
