WELLNESS 101
- Free-to all YMCA members, ages 13 and older
- Gradual progression of physical activity for 6 weeks - 1st two weeks include cardio exercise ONLY; strength training incorporated 3rd week
- Emphasis on nutrition using ChooseMyPlate.gov (USDA)
- YMCA-trained Wellness coach follows-up on progress

YMCA BODY/CARDIO METRIX FITNESS ASSESSMENT
- Test for muscular strength/endurance, flexibility, cardio endurance & body composition
- Uses ultra-sound device to measure body composition
- Gives full report on Body Mass Index (BMI), body composition, basal metabolic rate (BMR), relative disease risk information and 2-dimensional image of muscle
- Recommended as baseline before beginning Personal Training
BODY COMPOSITION - ULTRA SOUND METHOD
- Uses ultra-sound device to measure lean muscle mass and body fat %
- Measures muscle thickness quality and fat thickness (where skin caliper method measures only skin thickness)

PARTNER PERSONAL TRAINING
- Members Only
- Work out with a friend, any age or fitness level
- Workouts designed with partner in mind
PRIVATE CLASS(formerly Essential Elements)
- Members Only
- One-on-One session instruction (Yoga, Pilates, Zumba or other)
- Perfect for those wanting individualized instruction or are intimidated by "group" style exercise classes
- Emphasis on basics of form and movement to maximize your workouts
- 1 hour class
WOMEN ON WEIGHTS (W.O.W.)
- Members Only
- Instructional introduction to using free weights, Hammer Strength, cables, etc
- Get comfortable with those areas of Wellness Center
- Receive written instruction on each exercise you learn
- Each class 3 - 4 participants, meets 2X/week

SHORT CIRCUIT - NEW!
- Members Only
- Total body workout using Lifefitness® circuit to maximize time
- Exercises grouped together and repeated with little rest for greatest aerobic and strength benefits
- Each class 3 - 4 participants, 2X/week
