SilverSneakers

MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND RANGE OF MOTION

  • Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.
  • Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and balls are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
  • FREE to Members!

 

EASY RIDER

  • Please attend Group Cycling Orientation first
  • ½ hour group cycling class
  • Designed specifically for beginner rider or those wanting "gentler" ride
  • Class size limited; first come, first served. Pick up number from instructor no more than 15 minutes prior to class outside classroom
  • Must be at least 4'10" tall to fit bikes properly
  • FREE to Members Only!

 

SENIOR FITNESS

  • Low impact cardio workout & muscle conditioning
  • Balance and flexibility
  • FREE to Members!

 

SENIOR FUN CLUB

  • Network for socialization, education and fun activities in a nurturing, caring environment
  • Different activity every month
  • Held on the second Wednesday of the month from 12:30 - 3:00 pm

  • FREE to Members!  Non-Members pay a monthly fee.

    • Workouts in shallow end of pool
    • Participant release required.  Pick one up at Welcome Desk.
