MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND RANGE OF MOTION
- Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.
- Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and balls are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
- FREE to Members!
EASY RIDER
- Please attend Group Cycling Orientation first
- ½ hour group cycling class
- Designed specifically for beginner rider or those wanting "gentler" ride
- Class size limited; first come, first served. Pick up number from instructor no more than 15 minutes prior to class outside classroom
- Must be at least 4'10" tall to fit bikes properly
- FREE to Members Only!
SENIOR FITNESS
- Low impact cardio workout & muscle conditioning
- Balance and flexibility
- FREE to Members!
SENIOR FUN CLUB
- Network for socialization, education and fun activities in a nurturing, caring environment
- Different activity every month
- Held on the second Wednesday of the month from 12:30 - 3:00 pm
