All Group Exercise classes run continuously unless noted.
Class Levels: Although everyone is welcome to try out or attend any Group Exercise class, it is necessary for your safety that you know your fitness level.
Please let the instructor know if you are new to exercise or new to the program.

MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND RANGE OF MOTION
- Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.
- Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and balls are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
RETRO CARDIO
- Old school floor aerobics
- Moderate intensity, low impact
- Strength, balance and flexibility included
- Your favorite music from the 60's through 80's!
EASY RIDER
- Please attend Group Cycling Orientation first
- ½ hour group cycling class
- Designed specifically for beginner rider or those wanting "gentler" ride
- Class size limited; first come, first served. Pick up number from instructor no more than 15 minutes prior to class outside classroom
- Must be at least 4'10" tall to fit bikes properly
ACTIVE OLDER ADULT LAND (formerlySENIOR FITNESS)
- Low impact cardio workout & muscle conditioning
- Balance and flexibility
HAVIN' A BALL
- 45 minute workout
- Cardio, strength & stretch using various balls as props
ZUMBA
- Party with exercise!
- Mix of Latin and international music
- Interval training format, combining various rhythms with movements that tone and sculpt body

CARDIO DANCE
- Choreographed low impact movements using a variety of musical styles
- If you love Zumba or love moving to a beat, this class is for you!
Moderate to High Intensity and Impact
CARDIO COMBO
- Incorporates a variety of cardio exercises and props of instructor's choice!
- Includes strength and flexibility segment
CARDIO BOXING
- Full body workout incorporating martial arts techniques, boxing moves and strengthening exercises
INTERVAL BLAST
- Fat blasting workout using an interval format
- Cardio and strength intervals, flexibility included
WILD CARD
- Anything goes!
- Cardio/strength/core--instructor's choice--any format
- Flexibility segment included
RUNNING CLUB
- Walk to run, beginner, intermediate and advanced joggers/runners
- Weekly information handouts/discussion
- Weather permitting.
- Fun and fellowship with other runners!

Advanced Exercisers Classes (Not recommended for Beginning Exercisers)
CARDIO CROSS TRAIN CHALLENGE
- Cardio workout incorporating various formats
- Drills, running and intervals
- No choreography or dance
- If you loved Boot Camp, this class is for you!
- Includes strength and flexibility segment
TO THE LIMIT
- INTENSE workout taking you "To the Limit"
- Specifically for intermediate and advanced exercisers
- If you love Power Hour, this class is for you!
BOOT CAMP
- Military style training with drills, running, and calesthenics
- Meets at JHS track rain or shine
- New this summer--3 session format! Choose 1, 2 or all 3--receive a price break if you sign up for all three at one time!
FIT IN FIVE
- 3-month challenging class, utilizing muscle confusion training "blocks"
- Sequences that will slim, strengthen, tone and firm entire body
- Fee-based class
GROUP CYCLING ORIENTATION
- For any member new to Group Cycling

- Stretching included
TOTAL BODY TONING
- For all ages/levels--no aerobics; stretching segment included

BOSU BALANCE & STRENGTH
- 45 minute class toning the whole body using BOSU
- No cardio. Flexibility included
BOSU VARIETY
- Add variety to your BOSU workout
- Class format changes monthly!
YOGA
- For all ability levels; enhances mind and body awareness
- System of well-rounded strength and flexibility movements
