Ways to Save

EARLY BIRD SAVINGS

  • Save $50 on L.I.T., C.I.T. & Mini Weeks and save $75 on all other programs
  • Savings is per camper.  NO household restriction.
  • Offer ends on 3/15/12 at 4:00pm
  • Can’t be used with Financial Assistance or Employee Discounts. 

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

  • Families seeking assistance must complete a CAMP TIPPECANOE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PACKET.  Please do not use a Y Stark Form.  There is info on the camp form that is required for camp registration.
  • Applications CAN NOT be processed until approved supporting documentation is received with application.
  • Camp registration form does not have to accompany FA application.  Families can register for camp after receiving decision of FA application. 
  • Approved/qualified FA applications DO NOT count as a registration into summer and DO NOT guarantee a spot in camp.  Families are REQUIRED to submit a camp registration form at some point. 
  • Families can make an appeal on the FA decision in writing to the Camp Director explaining the situation.  All appeal decisions are made by the Camp Director and Camp Registration Director.
  • All approved/qualified families MUST minimally pay the $75 non-refundable deposit.  This is the absolute minimum payment for qualified families.  Camp does not approve 100% scholarships.          i.e.)  If a family qualifies for an 80% scholarship on Adventure Camp and they have a Y Family Membership then they are expected to pay $75 not the qualified amount.    Y Memb Fee Adv $355 * .80 = $284 assistance    $355 - $284 = $71 payment however balance due would be $75.
  • Assistance is calculated on the total camp fee.  Do not exclude the deposit in calculation.

 

REFERRAL REBATE/GIFT CERTIFICATE

  • $25 rebate per referral
  • No cap on # of referrals
  • Referral MUST be a first time new camper to Tippecanoe
  • Referrals MUST be verified at Check In of camp and on the registration form.  The referred camper must list the family that referred them to camp.  For instance if The Weigley’s refer the Greenlee’s to camp then the Greenlee’s must list the Weigley’s on their registration form for the Weigley’s to get the rebate certificate.
  • A referral gift certificate will be handed to family at check out upon being verified with registration office or mailed by end of Sept.
  • All referral transactions will be processed in CCC as a gift certificate to keep the transaction clean and for tracking purposes with campers.
