Trying for a healthier lifestyle in 2012? The Carroll County YMCA offers everything from a full fitness center to group fitness classes and personal training, too. Our staff is happy to help get you started and keep you going, and our group fitness classes provide the perfect atmosphere of inclusion and encouragement to help you reach your goals.
Maybe you're already maintaining a healthy lifestyle, but want to give back more to your community. We are always looking for volunteers to help lead programs and for individuals and businesses to help support our Strong Kids Campaign, which ensures that no person is turned away from the Y due to an inability to pay.
For those looking to spend more time with the family, we have a number of family-oriented programs, such as Tae Kwon Do; line and square dances and more. We're also in the process of adding more youth programming to our current offerings.
