What are the 6 pillars of character?

Camp Tippecanoe Programs

YMCA Camp Tippecanoe has been helping kids learn and grow since 1958.  We create a culture of excellence with our staff, who are trained to think of the camper’s safety and happiness first.  Tippecanoe is a traditional residential camp for boys and girls ages 7-17.  Adventure Camp, teaches traditional camp skills through such paths as Art, Storytelling, Watercrafts, and Outdoor Wilderness Living Skills.  Horse Camps offer progressive programming for beginners, at Lazy-T Ranch  where campers have their own horse for a week and  Bridles and Back Packs where campers pack out by horseback.  Teen campers include Rangers for 13 and 14 year olds, Inawendewin for older teens, Arts & Adventure Trip, Packs & Paddles Trip and Leadership Camps.  All of our programs are founded on the Character Counts six pillars of character .
