YMCA Camp Tippecanoe has been helping kids learn and grow since 1958. We create a culture of excellence with our staff, who are trained to think of the camper’s safety and happiness first. Tippecanoe is a traditional residential camp for boys and girls ages 7-17. Adventure Camp, teaches traditional camp skills through such paths as Arts, Watercrafts, and Outdoor Wilderness Living Skills. Horse Camps offer progressive programming for beginners, at Lazy-T Ranch where campers have their own horse for a week and GOLD: Bridles and Back Packs where campers pack out by horseback. Teen campers include Rangers for 13 and 14 year olds, Inawendewin for older teens, Expeditioners and Leadership Camps. All of our programs are founded on the Character Counts six pillars of character .
