Minerva Area YMCA
A group of citizens concerned about having quality activities for young people helped establish the Minerva Area YMCA in 1981. We began as a limited facility serving Minerva and surrounding communities both within our building and outside our walls. In 2005, we completed a 2,400 square foot addition which included a multi-purpose room, kitchenette and wellness center.
The Minerva Area YMCA is centrally located between the Minerva Public Library, the Minerva Middle School and Minerva Elementary School. Our proximity to other important community entities allows us to serve the community even more effectively as we continue to build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
